Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis Smith (Filipino-Australian) is an actor, TV presenter, recording artist and entrepreneur. She received many accolades over the course of her career. She was also recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis starred in several television series including Hiram Kampanerang Kuba (2005), Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose (2011) and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013). In the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel she played Komiks famous character Dyesebel. Other roles she has held include hosting the midday variety show It's Showtime from 2009-2020. Anne Curtis is a Filipina Australian actress as well as model, and a television host. There have been a variety of accolades in her profession. The two FAMAS Awards have been given to her, along with is a Luna Award and two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Her name has been mentioned in addition for eight PMPC Star Awards, two Gawad Urian Awards, and also for an award at the Gawad Urian Award. She portrayed Dyesebel as the eminent Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the popular midday show Showtime from 2009 to 2020. Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina native to Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. She was born at Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father James Ernest Curtis-Smith was married to Ojales back in 1982. Jasmine, Jasmine's younger sibling is also an actor. Clare was a cousin of the family of their father. Clare passed away at the age of four months of age in 2007.
